Dr. Valerie Fraysse, PhD

As CTO and co-founder of Good & Co, she built the world’s largest database of answered psychometric questions, leading to acquisition by international job board leader, StepStone group (Axel Springer). An applied mathematician with extensive experience with large systems and complex datasets, she creates efficient product solutions for web, mobile, SaaS and cloud-based applications, with a strong focus on execution and setting a high-quality bar for deliverables. In the past 20 years, she successfully built and led technology teams for several venture-backed companies. A passionate chef, and co-author of ‘Lectures on Finite Precision Computations’, (publisher SIAM, 1996 second edition), Valerie’s masters and doctoral degrees in applied mathematics are from the prestigious Institut National Polytechnique de Toulouse.

Creative Director Jamie Leo brings a breadth of disciplines engin, having led successful national branding and ad campaigns for agencies, boutique design houses, universities, and advocacy organizations. His award-winning, cross-channel storytelling (via his writing and design competencies) include award-winning work for IBM, GE Medical, P&G, Wolters Kluwer, solo sciences, and Scholastic, among others. He’s led national aspirational campaigns for The American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, Farm Aid, Green Sports Alliance, and Green Maps System. Jamie speaks and presents at national conferences, including Creativity Week, The State of Now, and SxSW; he is a design adjudicator, hackathon winner, and has written for the Huffington Post, OUT, and other publications. An Edward Albee Writing Fellow, as well as writer for an award-winning campaign for New York City’s recycling program. A key designer for the international phenomenon, “Rent” and Spy Magazine, his new theatrical work “’68” (with composer Paul Leschen) received excellent reviews in its premier workshop production. His fine art has shown in NY and international galleries as well as Art Basel Miami.

An avid traveler (a flight leader and attendant for over six years), she is passionate about learning other cultures and bringing people together; she is currently collaborating on a program in support of children in Africa. Facility management coordinator for mid to late-stage Alzheimer’s and dementia patients. BA in Behavioral Sciences, Purdue University.

After many years in the hospitality industry developing his keen sense for identifying top talent, Ben manages the customer success and product operations side of engin. Previously as Talent Acquisition Partner at Eataly, he oversaw the entire hiring process for the company’s first West Coast store (LA’s Westfield Century City), as well as establishing several organizational development initiatives. With a background in organizational effectiveness, Ben analyses how organizations develop their talent internally in order to create long-term success. Promoting internal company growth, bolsters company cultures so employees grow along with the company, committed to driving the organization’s vision, and their own part to sustain that success. Ben is very excited to be working with engin in developing an intuitive talent success platform for job seekers and companies alike. Ben holds a B.A. in Psychology from McGill University & M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Baruch College.
